Questo è un tablet molto difficile da aprire, infatti come potete vedere dai primi secondi, il display funzionava e si è subito danneggiato in seguito al tentativo di apertura con oggetti molto delicati, in questo caso cartoncino del biglietto da visita..
Il problema del tablet era che si riavviava in continuazione e abbiamo diagnosticato al cliente un problema sulla batteria verificato poi essere corretto. Al cliente abbiamo fatto un preventivo per cambio schermo e cambio batteria perchè già sapevamo che si sarebbe danneggiato in fase di apertura. Per aprire il tablet, lo abbiamo abbiamo prima messo su una piastra di calore con temperatura a 80 gradi per circa 10 minuti per ammorbidire la colla. Poi per scaldare abbiamo usato una pistola d'aria calda.
In ogni caso, batteria sostituita e problema risolto!
